It seems they keep people drugged up on pain meds. The Dr, was terrible, kept changing up my dad's meds and he had a severe reaction to one. Try Pine Run if you're lucky enough to get in, better yet Christ's Home is the best. My sister has been a resident in the nursing home for over 4 years. My sister has seemed content for all the years which is what I have been praying for. I did not rate everything because she can no longer make use of all activities and regular meals.

The short stay residents who were rehospitalized after a nursing home admission is slightly lower than the state average. Another strong feature for this facility is that it received an impressive nursing grade. In that area, we awarded this facility a grade of B+. The nursing grade considers a variety of factors.
Fire Safety Deficiencies
They had a separate dining area, and it was basically a self-contained unit so that people won’t wander. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid report report health and fire safety deficiencies. Some of these deficiencies are more severe than others.
We've had 3 relatives here, both parents and our uncle. While it's often rated higher than most, it's not the best facility. That said, the rehab PT and OT staff are great and do a good job. However we were not pleased with the level of nursing care.
The Doylestown Area
Additionally, a Physical Therapist is available an average of 2.88 minutes per day per resident .
The nurses and the people that were taking care of the residents were very nice. However, I had a personality conflict with the admissions officer. I''ll start by saying that the nursing staff is great. Our mother is in nursing care with dementia.

As of the last update they had a daily average of 305.2 residents compared to the PA average of 97.63 and a National average of 86.4. Star ratings are often best used for basic comparisons and when deciding which facilities to visit. However, nothing beats actually visiting the nursing home yourself when possible. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services does their best to provide a fair assessment of every Nursing Home, but please note these ratings are a snapshot in time. The last time this data was collected they cared for at least 48 men and 99 women in a one year period that received Medicare benefits. This number fluctuates with each new resident.
It looks like they haven't done a lot of updates to it, and the rooms are small. This figure is an indication of the percent of long-term residents taking antianxiety drugs. Compared to national and state averages across all facilities.

Neshaminy Manor Home is the only nursing home we found in Warrington, Pennsylvania. This nursing home was given an overall grade of B+, which is a well above average rating. In our view, this nursing home is a solid choice for most people. This place was better in some categories than others, but it did not have any weak links in any of our four major categories.
It was a shame because they were either on their cell phones, or they weren’t paying attention to the people. My husband was very fortunate because the aides he had most of the time were the same people, and they were excellent. However, when he would have a different aide or have someone else’s aide, it would be terrible.
She identified herself and said disrespectfully, "where ya been?", like I was avoiding them. Then notified me that I had 8 days to gather 5 years of our mother''s bank statements or else they couldn''t qualify her for medicaid. I was able to gather all requested documentation barely in time, and my mother was approved for medicaid retroactively back to November of 2020. It became evident that the only hand in our mother''s bank account was theirs, as it should be. All the rush and seemingly unnecessary disfunction could have been avoided had they just responded to my calls for assistance with the correct information.
